Matched Sets, Never Odd Ones Out
A pack is only as good as its weakest battery. Put one new unit in with five tired ones and the new one is dragged down to their state within months. We supply the full set, same brand, same production run — which is why a pack replacement is cheaper in the long run than drip-feeding singles.
We Come To The Cart
Six Trojan T105s weigh about 170kg. Nobody wants that in the boot twice. We bring the set to the shed, the club, the golf course maintenance yard or the site compound, do the swap, torque the links and take the old set for recycling.

The batteries below are the ones Perth carts actually run on. 6V units go into 36V packs (six of them) and 48V packs (eight); 8V units make a 48V pack in six; 12V units make 48V in four. If you're not sure which your cart takes, count the batteries under the seat and ring us with the number.
6V — the classic pack
Six for 36V, eight for 48V. The T105 is the default golf cart battery worldwide, and the US Battery XC2 range is its direct equivalent.
8V & 12V — fewer, bigger
Six 8V units make 48V; four 12V units do the same in a lighter, simpler pack. Common on newer Club Car and EZGO fleets.
Lithium — one unit, no watering
A LiFePO4 drop-in replaces the whole pack. Dearer up front, but no topping up, far lighter, and it holds voltage to the last hole instead of sagging on the back nine.
